⚜️What is Play-To-Earn?

P2E is a game model whose fundamental assumption is to earn money while playing - spending time in the game, being active and having various tokens is rewarded, thanks to which the number of people living in the P2E industry grows. There are many models of earning in P2E games and there will be even more, because the limitation is the creation by the creators of the exchange value that each player strives to have - in the form of NFT or other tokens / cryptocurrencies. It is worth noting that the P2E segment most often requires the purchase of initial items in the form of NFT - it is an investment thanks to which (with the use of these items), we have the opportunity to expand the game and generate profits.

An important fact is also that there is an increase in purchases of add-ons in the form of DLC - along with the development of gaming, the importance of this industry, players are more and more willing to buy add-ons to their favourite games, which creates completely new economic opportunities, and this attracts new entities that accelerate the development.

Blockchain is not only a technological curiosity, but an opportunity to solve several problems in the gaming industry. Naturally, the crowning argument is decentralization, which is a departure from a model where everything is as Gabe Newell will tell you. Decentralization gives players the opportunity to have a real impact on the environment that surrounds them and on the direction of its development. Another important problem is the airtightness of solutions - the management of communities, teams, games and assets is always locked within the entity that created the environment (eg Steam - Valve Corp; Discord; Twitch, etc.). The management itself is also not easy, because it often requires multi-platform operation. Until now, everything was in the hands of the producers and owners of the platform, thanks to the blockchain and NFT we can change this model and pass the ownership into the hands of users.

Referring to Vader Research thesis-driven research firm dedicated to the long-term development of Web3 Gaming as there will be arises of more sustainable web3 games, they believe the grinder/scholar community will grow and reach 100m+ by 2030. They base their thesis on:

● The open economy of web3 game economies will enable players to trade their time against money in games where large spenders/whales are happy to pay for someone else to perform specific actions.

● As long as the non-spender makes the spender feel good, the spender will continue spending and the game economy will be sustainable. (This model was developed in detail in whitepaper “Players For Hire“ written by Edward Castronova, must-read for those that want to learn more about this topic – link in source)

● Automation of low-skill work will create more unemployment; poor will struggle to find job opportunities for low-skill work and Gaming will be a good side-earning option for the poor as they don’t necessarily need to be competitive.

● Earnings will most likely not be sufficient alone to cover the entire cost of living but will represent a meaningful side income in third World's countries however Competitive players might be able to earn a living by playing video games.

Considering all of the above we can assume very high probability increasing the number of people partly employed or hire in game or virtual worlds. What’s make us very Bullish On growing number of potential users of P2Eoffers platform and more than 100m+ scholars employed by 2030 in web3 games. In addition, taking into account the problems and inequalities arising with the development of the market described in the above points, we want our platform to be a friendly and safe place for new users joining the world of web3 games.

The unregulated labor market in web3 games carries a lot of dangers for scholars and our goals are to reduce them to a minimum. We want to be a guarantor of security for both parties of the contract and strive to eliminate inequalities and increase the chances of worse situated participants of the web 3 games world.
